BAILEYS and CUPCAKES for St. Patrick’s Day

There’s a lot of partying going on the week of St. Patrick’s Day.

St. Patrick’s Day is this Saturday, March 17, 2012.

Need a quick dessert idea? Do you have Baileys Irish Cream on hand?

Here’s a quick dessert you can put together in minutes using Baileys Irish Cream.

It takes only FIVE ingredients to make this easy dessert.

BAILEYS and CUPCAKES

for St. Patrick’s Day

Recipe by Carmen Ortiz of Baking is my Zen

Serving: 1

INGREDIENTS:

cupcake(store bought)

Baileys Irish Cream

Sweetened condensed milk

Whip cream (homemade or store bought)

Sprinkles

DIRECTIONS:

Cut out the center of the cupcake.

Put it aside.

Combine and mix Baileys Irish Cream and sweetened condensed milk in small bowl. Pour the Baileys cream mixture in the center of the cupcake.

Replace the cut-out portion of the cupcake back on top of the cupcake.

Top cupcake with whip cream. (you can use ice cream scooper, pastry bag or spoon).

Add Sprinkles.

Drizzle Baileys Irish Cream mixture over whip cream.
