Bobby’s Burger Palace opens in Princeton New Jersey – August 28, 2012

In 2009, I visited Bobby’s Burger Palace in Eatontown, New Jersey, which is located in the Monmouth Mall. I absolutely loved the burger…also ordered Sweet Potato Fries. So good!

Fast forward, three years later… August 28, 2012.

I read today that Bobby’s Burger Palace opens today in the Market Fair Mall in Princeton, New Jersey.

I stopped by…took some photos

and ordered the “Bobby Blue Burger”, which is a burger with blue cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. I also ordered Sweet Potato Fries. Delish!! The burger was moist and hefty and adorned with blue cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes…heavenly!

Flavor, flavor, flavor…just the way I like it…and it should be.

NOTE: in the above photo, to the left, Bobby Flay is sitting down and a woman with a grey top is standing next to him. 

I saw Bobby Flay sitting down with some folks and I gestured to him if I could take photos of him. He nodded yes. He’s so cool!

About Bobby Flay

Bobby Flay is a graduate of The International Culinary Center, formerly, The French Culinary Institute in New York City.

He is also an Iron Chef on the show, Iron Chef America. He also hosts several shows on Food Network.

His style of cuisine is American Southwestern. He owns several restaurants such as, Mesa Grill, Bolo Restaurant and Bar, Bar Americain, and Bobby Flay Steak.

Bobby Flay is married to beautiful actress, Stephanie March.
