SUPERBOWL 46 ~ Croque-Monsieur Tortillas and Chilled Stella Artois Beer

It’s SUPERBOWL 46 on Sunday, February 5th! A great reason for a party. Football Parties are laid back and casual. And the food is best when it’s simple and easy too. As for drinks, beer is a great choice.

It’s all about appetizers for a Superbowl Party. So, I’m making Croque-Monsieur Tortillas. It’s easy and delicious! The belgian beer of choice is Stella Artois. It goes very well with the Croque-Monsieur Tortillas.

Bart DeSchaepmeester, of Glendale Wine and Liquors, was very helpful and he suggested the Stella Artois. The beer has a bite to it and goes well with the strong taste of the swiss cheese.
