Baking has always been a passion of mine.
My life had been a world of corporate finance.
That’s what makes baking a peaceful time for me.
A time to relax and enjoy. It’s my zen.
Took a Pastry Techniques course at The French Culinary Institute and discovered that French Pastry is the ultimate dessert.

    I am a para educator working with special needs kids. I hold a cooking class with one student each week. Last year I started printing pics with her recipes so she could “read” the recipe. She wanted fried ice cream this next week and I happened upon your pics. May I use your pics in my recipe that I print off for her at school? Thank you, K. D.

    • Thanks for awarding me the 2012 blog of the year. I must say, I want my new year to be balanced. I want my blogging to compliment my life, not run it. As a result, I don’t want it to get complicated with more blogging than I deem necessary. Accepting this award means I have to pass it forward…You are more than happy to take the reward back, if you choose. Otherwise, Thank You for it. Hope this doesn’t offend anyone and my view is understood and accepted.
